Develop and implement affiliate strategy for scaling the product in international markets.
Build, develop, and manage a team of Affiliate Managers.
Attract, develop, and retain key partners, affiliates, media buying teams, and affiliate networks.
Conduct negotiations, agree on commercial terms, and develop strategic partnerships.
Achieve KPIs for volume, quality, and profitability of affiliate traffic.
Analyze channel effectiveness (FTD, CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, ROI, LTV, Retention) and make data-driven decisions.
Optimize affiliate terms, budgets, and cooperation models.
Search for new GEOs, traffic sources, and scaling opportunities.
Collaborate with Product, CRM, Marketing, Payments, Fraud, and Analytics teams to enhance affiliate channel effectiveness.
Monitor traffic quality, compliance with anti-fraud policies, and regular reporting on results.

At least 3 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing in iGaming.
Experience managing an affiliate direction or a team of Affiliate Managers.
Deep understanding of CPA, RevShare, Hybrid models and affiliate marketing economics.
Practical experience in scaling the affiliate channel and achieving business metrics.
Experience working with international markets (LATAM, Tier-1, Tier-2, etc.).
Strong negotiation skills and ability to finalize commercial agreements.
Ability to analyze traffic metrics and make data-driven decisions.
Understanding of anti-fraud practices, traffic quality assessment, and key iGaming metrics.
English language — Intermediate (B1) and above.
Having a personal partner database will be an advantage.
