Affiliate Manager

Responsibilities

• Search, attract, and develop affiliates and webmasters in Uzbekistan.
• Develop and scale the affiliate network.
• Full support for partners: search, negotiations, onboarding, and development.
• Work with CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models.
• Analyze key metrics: FTD, deposits, ROI, Retention.
• Optimize and scale effective partners and traffic sources.

Requirements

• Fluent in Uzbek.
• MUST have experience in affiliate marketing (preferably in iGaming).
• Experience working with affiliates and webmasters.
• Understanding of CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models.
• Analytical thinking and ability to work with KPIs.
• Working level of English.
