Actively searching for and attracting new affiliate partners across Tier 1 markets (outreach through professional platforms, forums, databases, communities, etc.)
Building and developing long-term partnerships: onboarding, account management, retention and growth
Scaling partner traffic and increasing performance
Managing financial operations with partners (reconciliation, payments)
Expanding and developing new Tier 1 markets.

At least 1 year of experience in the iGaming industry as an Affiliate Manager
Hands-on experience working with affiliate partners in Tier 1 markets
Proven experience with crypto iGaming platforms and affiliate programs
Strong understanding of affiliate marketing channels and traffic sources (SEO, PPC, ASO, Influencer Marketing, Streaming, Communities, etc.)
Understanding of key performance metrics (FTDs, LTV, CPA, RevShare, Retention, ROI, Conversion Rate, etc.)
Existing affiliate network and successful recent case studies
English level: B1 or higher.
