Team Lead ORM

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of ORM specialists
• Distribute tasks and monitor their execution
• Build and optimize processes within the team
• Control KPI and quality of work
• Participate in the development of ORM strategy and search for new solutions

Requirements

• Experience in iGaming is mandatory
• Experience in team management
• Understanding of ORM and reputation management specifics
• Independence, systematic approach, and ability to work with KPI
• English will be an advantage
