- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Data Support Specialists.
- Act as the main point of contact for data-related incidents, requests, and escalations.
- Ensure high data quality and integrity across gaming, player, and financial datasets.
- Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries for data analysis and troubleshooting.
- Monitor data pipelines and resolve data discrepancies or failures.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers, Analysts, Product, and Operations teams.
- Implement and improve data support processes, SLAs, and documentation.
- Analyze recurring issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in on-call rotation if required.
- 3+ years of experience in data support / data operations / analytics.
- 1+ year of experience in a leadership or team lead role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (mandatory) – ability to write complex queries, joins, window functions, and optimize performance.
- Experience working with large datasets and relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS SQL Server).
- Understanding of data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in the casino, iGaming, or gaming industry is highly preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
