Team Lead, Influencer Marketing

What You Will Do:

• Form and develop a team of Influencer Marketing managers (hiring, onboarding, training)
• Build a strategy for working with streamers, bloggers, and KOLs in different markets
• Control the team's pipeline: sourcing, negotiations, launching integrations
• Set and track team KPIs (ROI, ROAS, CPA, FTD, NGR, etc.), analyze campaign effectiveness
• Manage the overall budget for the direction, allocate it among the team, and scale successful placements
• Act as an escalation point for complex partnerships and negotiations
• Interact with adjacent teams (marketing, product, compliance) and report results to management

What We Expect:

• 3–4 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, including at least 1 year in a team lead/management role
• Experience in iGaming / Gambling / Betting
• Proven experience in team management (hiring, motivation, development)
• Deep knowledge of YouTube, TikTok, Kick, Twitch, Telegram, X, Instagram, Discord
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with budgets
• A personal network of contacts among top influencers and agencies is a big plus (tier 1, 2, 3 - excluding CIS)
