Team Lead Influence

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of influencer managers.
• Control communication and negotiations with bloggers/streamers/Telegram channel owners.
• Build an effective placement procurement system.
• Analyze the effectiveness of advertising integrations and optimize purchases.
• Search for new platforms and influencers for scaling.
• Work with budgets and control team KPIs.

Requirements

• Experience in team management.
• Experience in procurement from streamers, bloggers, and Telegram channels.
• Understanding of the CIS market and knowledge of relevant platforms/influencers.
• Ability to work with metrics and analyze results.
• Negotiation skills and ability to secure favorable terms.
