In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the affiliate strategy for the MENA and Africa markets. You will lead a team, focusing on building processes to enhance efficiency and drive results. The position involves evaluating traffic sources and analyzing key performance metrics to optimize affiliate partnerships.

As a large international iGaming holding, the company has a diverse portfolio of B2C brands. Success in this role hinges on your ability to manage a team effectively, develop various traffic channels, and make data-driven decisions that impact the business positively.

• Experience in Affiliate Marketing at Senior / Team Lead / Head level in any high-risk vertical (iGaming, Crypto, Forex, FinTech, etc.).
• Experience in team management and process building.
• Experience with partner models RS, CPA, Hybrid.
• Ability to evaluate partner effectiveness, analyze traffic, and make data-driven decisions.
• Independence, proactivity, and readiness to take responsibility for results.
