As the Head of Affiliate at a young boutique CPA network, you will spearhead the affiliate strategy from the ground up, directly influencing financial outcomes. Your role will involve building and managing a team of Affiliate Managers while overseeing P&L, margins, and volumes.
You will engage with key publishers and arbitrage teams, negotiate rates, and establish processes to ensure operational efficiency. Success in this position will be measured by your ability to develop a scalable affiliate network and enhance traffic quality.

- At least 2 years of experience as Head of Affiliates in an iGaming CPA network;
- Deep understanding of CPA network economics: cap, hold, EPC, approve rate, clawback, incentive traffic, brand bidding, anti-fraud;
- Experience in building or scaling affiliate direction;
- Strong negotiation skills and experience working with large partners;
- Fluent in Russian; English at least B1.
