Head of Affiliates

About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing partnerships with Tier-1 GEO partners, focusing on expanding the affiliate network and building long-term relationships. Your leadership will guide a small team, currently consisting of two members, as you scale operations to support business growth.

Success in this position means effectively growing the affiliate direction and implementing a traffic acquisition strategy that drives player engagement and revenue. Your experience in the B2C iGaming sector, particularly on the operator side, will be crucial in navigating this competitive landscape.

Who this role suits

• A professional with at least three years of experience in B2C iGaming on the operator side.
• Someone who has a strong network in Tier-1 GEOs, with added value if they have experience in the Netherlands.
• A leader capable of managing and growing a small team while developing strategic partnerships.
• Fluent in English and comfortable working in an international team environment.

• Experience in B2C iGaming on the operator side (at least 3 years).

• Experience and network in Tier-1 GEO (experience with NL will be a big plus).
• Fluent English (international team, subordinates as well).
