Affiliate Manager

About the role

As an Affiliate Manager at 404 Team, you will play a crucial role in scaling the company's affiliate program. Your main responsibilities will include managing and supporting webmasters, processing requests, and developing new partnerships to drive growth within the iGaming space.

You will work remotely and have the opportunity to collaborate with a supportive team, including Heads and Team Leads. Success in this role will be measured by your ability to attract new partners and help existing webmasters maximize their potential through effective communication and initiative.

From the employer

• Manage and support webmasters within the affiliate program;
• Process incoming requests and work with an existing database;
• Independently search for and attract new partners;
• Communicate with webmasters across various traffic sources;
• Develop partnerships and help webmasters grow.

• Experience in iGaming, preferably 1 year;
• Understanding of the market and cooperation models;
• Knowledge of main traffic sources: Facebook, SEO, ASO, PPC, Telegram, TikTok, In-App;
• Ability to communicate effectively with partners;
• Initiative, independence, and an active position;
• Willingness to independently seek new webmasters, not just work with incoming applications.
