In this role, you will provide essential support and operational monitoring for SOFTSWISS's high-load casino games API platform. You will handle client requests through the Jira helpdesk system and ensure the performance of the gaming infrastructure is maintained effectively.
You will work closely with various departments and partners, addressing complex technical challenges within a collaborative team environment. Success in this position means ensuring reliable and scalable operations for clients while adhering to a scheduled shift pattern.

- B2+ level of English
