What you will do:

▪️Build client relationships via LinkedIn, X and other channels

▪️Run negotiations end to end with existing and new clients, including cold calls and email outreach

▪️Research market players, demand and trends in blockchain and AI

What we expect from you:

▪️English C1+, written and spoken (the interview is in English, 95% of client communication is in English; the internal team speaks Russian)

▪️Experience in blockchain, AI or IT

▪️Experience with both cold prospects and warm leads

▪️Proactivity and independence: every Sales Manager operates as an autonomous business unit with broad decision-making authority

▪️Ability to close deals: this is the primary and sole measure of sales performance at ICODA
