- Launch, manage, and scale Yandex Direct and Google Ads.
- Work with Search, RSEA, Performance Max, Campaign Master, retargeting.
- Test combinations: ads, creatives, landing pages, offers, campaign structures.
- Work with existing semantics: negative keywords, audiences, adjustments, search for ineffective queries.
- Monitor CPA, ROAS, profitability, budgets, and user quality.
- Compare data from ad accounts with Metrics/GA4 and internal product analytics — conversions are already set up, the task is to ensure correctness.
- Prepare creatives and landing options independently using AI tools — no separate designer for PPC.
- Make quick decisions: what to scale, what to disable, what to refine.
- Quickly identify issues in accounts, conversions, or analytics and escalate them.
- Launch and develop Bing Ads as an additional channel — a plus.
- 2+ years of PPC experience, confident in Yandex Direct and Google Ads.
- Understanding of CPA, ROAS, LTV, profit, retention, payback.
- Experience in scaling, not just launching tests on small budgets.
- Ability to work with internal analytics, not just the ad account.
- Experience generating creatives through AI (Midjourney, Flux, ChatGPT, etc.).
- Quick communication and regular campaign monitoring, especially during active testing periods.
- Full-time only: combining with other projects, freelancing, and side jobs is excluded.
- Live cases with numbers that the candidate can show and explain: structure, budgets, test logic, results, conclusions.
