• Experience in operational management, administration, or project management for at least 3 years.
• Understanding of processes, KPIs, reporting, and budgets.
• Ability to work with people and teams — both subordinates and related departments.
• Willingness to 'work hands-on'.
• Russian language is mandatory. English is welcomed.
