- Form and control management reporting (P&L, Cash Flow), ensure data accuracy, and provide regular analytics for the business and management;

Requirements
- Experience as Finance Manager / Head of Finance in an iGaming media buying team for at least 2 years;
- Understanding of the financial model of media buying: traffic, costs, payouts, cash flow;
- Experience in building or systematically optimizing management accounting;
- Confident knowledge of P&L, Cash Flow, budgeting, and plan-fact analysis;
- Experience working with a large number of transactions and distributed expenses;
- Strong analytics: ROI, unit economics, profitability;
- Skill in building financial processes and control;
- Experience in automating financial processes is a plus;
- Willingness to take responsibility and act as a decision maker.
