HR Manager

Responsibilities

• Full cycle recruitment: from job opening to employee onboarding.
• Search for specialists in IT and iGaming sectors.
• Candidate selection, conducting interviews, and assessment.
• Ensure training courses as needed.
• Maintain employee reporting within the company.
• Organize onboarding and adaptation of new employees.
• Form a talent pool.
• Support HR processes: performance review, feedback, employee development.
• Monitor labor market and salary expectations.
• Collaborate with department heads on hiring and team development.
• Participate in developing the company's HR brand.

Requirements

• Experience as an HR/Recruiter in IT/iGaming for at least 2 years.
• Skills in conducting interviews and assessing soft & hard skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of English C1.
• Experience with international hiring.
• Understanding of the IT market and modern HR tools.
