Develop and scale the affiliate direction in iGaming.
Search, attract, and connect new affiliate partners.
Manage existing partners and build long-term relationships.
Negotiate and agree on commercial terms (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid).
Control traffic quality, effectiveness, and ROI.
Optimize funnels together with product and marketing teams.
Analyze metrics, prepare reports, and recommendations for growth.
Ensure compliance with brand requirements, compliance, and regulatory restrictions.
Identify new growth opportunities and test new traffic sources.

At least 2 years of experience as an Affiliate Manager in iGaming.
Mandatory experience with Tier-1 GEO.
Understanding of affiliate models, traffic sources, and monetization principles.
Experience in negotiations and working with partnership terms.
English language proficiency — C1 (daily communication with partners).
Analytical thinking, result-oriented.
Skills for independent work in a remote format.
