Affiliate Manager (Middle/Senior)

Responsibilities

• Search, attract, and connect new partners (webmasters, arbitration teams, influencers, media partners);
• Develop the existing partner network;
• Negotiate CPA, Hybrid, and RevShare models;
• Analyze the quality and effectiveness of traffic;
• Scale successful partnerships;
• Prepare reports and analytics;
• Participate in conferences and industry events.

Requirements

• Experience as an Affiliate Manager in iGaming for at least 2 years;
• Experience working with one or more regions: MENA, Asia, Africa, LatAm;
• Understanding of CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models;
• Negotiation skills and partner relationship development;
• English language proficiency for working with international partners;
• Having a personal partner database will be an advantage.
