Senior Affiliate Manager

Responsibilities

• Search, attract, and develop affiliate partners in AU, UK, EU markets.
• Negotiate CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid deals.
• Retain and scale volumes of current partners.
• Monitor traffic quality, anti-fraud, and metrics (CR, ROI, LTV).
• Participate in international conferences (SiGMA, iGB, etc.).

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager in iGaming.
• Proven experience with AU, UK, EU markets.
• Active database of partners and industry contacts.
• Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
• English — Upper-Intermediate (B2)+.
