  • Creating tasks for new game launches based on the vendors’ roadmap;
  • Adding and updating games in Calendar;
  • Adding relevant assets for games in the community;
  • Obtain a good overview of games;
  • Assisting with project management;
  • Build strong relationships with our Vendors;
  • Keep up to date regarding key markets, product features etc., to be able to make the most of our partnership;
  • Acquire product knowledge and understand how different games and features work;
  • Keep the product manager posted with vendors’ new features/releases;
  • Continuously update the CRM with key vendor information.
  • Experience in a Customer Support position;
  • Experience with software implementation projects would be an advantage;
  • Experience in data-based performance analysis, reporting and statistics would be an advantage;
  • Good understanding of the software development life-cycle and software release management;
  • Minimal marketing activities exposure is an asset;
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office – specifically Excel;
  • Excellent spoken and written English;
  • Genuine curiosity about gaming and a good understanding of the online industry;
  • Experience from the IT/Telecoms or similar technical field is a plus;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Client-oriented attitude;
  • Analytical thinking;
  • Proactive and self-motivated;
  • Good teamwork skills.
  • Start with 22 days of annual leave, with 2 additional days added each year, up to 32 days by your fifth year with us.
