As a Poker Software Operations Specialist, you will:

• Manage software operations
• Work with internal software and support processes
• Provide basic technical support
• Collaborate with the development team on complex cases

• Intermediate or higher poker knowledge
• Understanding of poker positions, combinations, and logic
• Familiarity with poker terminology
• Strong PC skills
• Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Ability to process information attentively
• Analytical mindset
