About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for driving SOFTSWISS's growth in Asia by establishing and nurturing relationships with operators and partners. You will represent the company at various industry events, promoting key products such as the Casino Platform and Sportsbook.

Success in this position means effectively managing the sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. A deep understanding of the Asian iGaming landscape and a strong network will be crucial for achieving business development goals.

  • Build, grow and maintain a strong network and community of operator brands and key industry partners.
  • Identify, qualify and convert new business opportunities across the region and act as the primary SOFTSWISS representative and brand ambassador in Asian markets.
  • Promote and sell the main SoftSwiss products: Casino Platform, Game Aggregator, Sportsbook, Jackpot Aggregator.
  • Execute annual and quarterly business development goals in line with company strategy.
  • Attend and actively participate in industry exhibitions, conferences, and networking events.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, commercial negotiations, and contract closure.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Product, Operations, Legal, Finance) to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client success.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments across Asia.
  • Provide regular reporting on pipeline status, forecasts, and achieved results.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales or partnerships within iGaming.
  • Strong understanding of the Asian iGaming market and its operator landscape.
  • Established network within the Asian iGaming ecosystem is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable representing the company at high-level meetings, events, and social settings.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Asian markets.
  • Fluent English and Mandarin are required.
