  • Search, connect, and develop affiliate partners and webmasters in Mongolia
  • Scale the affiliate network and build long-term relationships
  • Full cycle work with partners: negotiations, onboarding, launch, and support
  • Work with CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models
  • Analyze traffic efficiency (FTD, deposits, ROI, retention)
  • Optimize and scale successful partners
  • Monitor the market, competitors, and new opportunities
  • Fluent in Mongolian
  • Excellent understanding of the Mongolian market and local affiliate ecosystem
  • Working level of English
  • Experience in affiliate marketing, iGaming, or performance marketing is a plus
  • Understanding of CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and KPI management skills
