You will also analyze affiliate channels to measure effectiveness and control the quality of traffic. Success in this position involves meeting targets for partner attraction and traffic volume while preventing disconnections and reactivating paused partnerships.

• Experience as an Affiliate Manager in the IGaming sector for at least 1 year.
• Understanding of affiliate marketing principles and performance models.
• Experience with affiliate programs, CPA/CPL/CPS models.
• Negotiation skills and ability to build long-term partnerships.
• Analytical thinking and ability to work with numbers.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
• Independence and results-oriented.
