Affiliate Manager (LATAM)

• Actively searching for and attracting new partners in Latam (outreach through local platforms, forums, databases, communities, etc.)
• Development of partnerships: launch, maintenance, retention
• Scaling traffic and increasing volumes
• Financial support of partners (reconciliation, payments)
• Development of new geo.

Models we’re working with: Revshare + Fix + Hybrid

• Work experience in iGaming (casino / betting) for at least 1 year
• Experience in finding partners and purchasing traffic in Latam GEO
• Understanding the specifics of Latam GEO, especially about Argentina
• Partner Database and recent work cases
• Understanding traffic sources (SEO / PPC/ ASO, etc.)
• Understanding key metrics (deposits, LTV, retention, etc.)
• English from B1.

Will be a plus:

• Work experience with Tier 1 countries.
