Traffic Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze traffic, funnels, and the effectiveness of advertising sources;
• Work with large data volumes to identify ROI growth points;
• Analyze the quality of gambling/betting traffic and user behavior;
• Track KPIs, quickly identify causes of dips and growth in metrics;
• Formulate hypotheses for scaling and optimizing campaigns;
• Participate in A/B testing and CRO optimization;
• Create clear reports and dashboards for teams and management;
• Interpret complex data and turn it into practical business recommendations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Traffic Analyst in iGaming;
• Experience with gambling/betting traffic;
• Proficient in SQL (ClickHouse, PostgreSQL, BigQuery);
• Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets;
• Understanding of key metrics: ROI, CPA, FTD, CR, LTV, CAC, Retention;
• Experience with BI tools: Metabase / Power BI / Tableau;
• Skills in Python or R for analytics (great plus);
• Understanding of A/B testing, retention analytics, and cohort analysis;
• Systematic thinking, independence, and proactivity.
