Talentgrator seeks a Senior Product Designer with iGaming experience to lead end-to-end design processes. This role focuses on user-centered design, translating business needs into intuitive interfaces, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product performance.

About the role

This Senior Product Designer role involves leading the entire design lifecycle, from initial research and discovery through to final implementation. Responsibilities include conducting user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions. The designer will collaborate closely with product and business teams to identify opportunities and address complex product challenges within the iGaming sector.

The position requires designing user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces, ensuring solutions are intuitive, scalable, and data-driven. A core aspect is translating business requirements into user-centered experiences. The designer will work alongside Product Managers, Business Analysts, QA Engineers, and Developers, contributing to product discovery, roadmap discussions, and feature planning.

Success in this role involves using product metrics and business KPIs to analyze user behavior and continuously improve product performance. The designer will present and defend design decisions to stakeholders and leadership, while also contributing to design systems, UX standards, and best practices across various products. Mentoring other designers is also part of the role.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Product Design, preferably in a Senior Product Designer role.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the iGaming/Gambling domain.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, UX expertise, and complex product solutions.
  • Experience working on B2B and/or B2C digital products.
  • Strong understanding of UX, UI, interaction design, information architecture, and usability principles.
  • Experience conducting user research and working with qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Ability to work with product metrics and make data-driven design decisions.
  • Experience collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, BA, QA, and Engineering.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to explain and defend design decisions using both user and business rationale.
