Beyond internal team building, the lead will actively recruit and cultivate relationships with a diverse range of partners, including cappers, streamers, bloggers, and influencers, to broaden the reach of CreativeByte's offerings. This requires strong negotiation skills and an understanding of various affiliate models like CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid.
The role demands a deep analytical approach to affiliate marketing. The Senior / Affiliate Team Lead will meticulously monitor and control traffic quality, track key performance indicators such as FTD (First-Time Depositors), Registrations, ROI, and LTV (Lifetime Value), and continuously analyze traffic sources and competitor strategies to pinpoint areas for growth and optimization. A solid grasp of iGaming-specific metrics and traffic types, particularly capper traffic, is essential.
