  • Develop the affiliate direction in Franco Africa
  • Manage and strengthen the team
  • Attract and develop partners: cappers, streamers, bloggers, influencers, websites
  • Control traffic quality, FTD / Regs, ROI, LTV
  • Work with CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models
  • Analyze traffic, competitors, and identify growth points
  • 2+ years of experience in iGaming / Betting / Affiliate in a similar role
  • Strong experience with affiliate traffic
  • Understanding of FTD, Regs, ROI, LTV, baseline, wager
  • Experience in team management and negotiations
  • English from B1, French is a big plus
  • Experience with capper traffic will be especially important
  • Competitive salary + bonuses based on results

  • Schedule Mon–Fri, 09:00/10:00–18:00/19:00
