As a Senior Affiliate Manager, you will focus on developing and scaling the affiliate network for an international iGaming company. This role involves building long-term relationships with new and existing partners while managing their performance and growth opportunities.
You will work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth workflows related to payments and offers. Your expertise in affiliate marketing will be essential in analyzing traffic quality and conversion rates, enabling you to negotiate favorable commercial terms with partners.

Responsibilities
- Develop and scale the affiliate network.
- Find new partners and build long-term relationships with them.
- Manage current partners: discuss terms, monitor metrics, and identify growth opportunities.
- Work with CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models.
- Analyze traffic quality and volume, conversion rates, and partner effectiveness.
- Participate in negotiations and agreement of commercial terms.
- Interact with internal teams regarding payments, postbacks, limits, offers, and other workflows.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing / affiliate management in iGaming.
- Experience in product will be a significant advantage;
- Experience working with international GEOs and partners.
- Ability to independently manage partners and develop long-term relationships.
- English language — from B2.
