In this role, you will be responsible for developing and scaling the affiliate network for an international iGaming company. You will seek out new partners while also managing existing relationships, focusing on terms, metrics, and growth opportunities.
You will work with various compensation models, including CPA and RevShare, and analyze traffic quality and conversions. Your ability to negotiate commercial terms and collaborate with internal teams on payments and offers will be crucial for success.

Responsibilities
- Develop and scale the affiliate network.
- Find new partners and build long-term relationships with them.
- Manage current partners: discuss terms, monitor metrics, and identify growth opportunities.
- Work with CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models.
- Analyze traffic quality and volume, conversions, and partner effectiveness.
- Participate in negotiations and agreement of commercial terms.
- Interact with internal teams regarding payments, postbacks, limits, offers, and other workflows.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing / affiliate management in iGaming.
- Experience in product will be a significant advantage;
- Experience working with international GEOs and partners.
- Ability to independently manage partners and develop long-term relationships.
- English language — from B2.
