Affiliate Manager

As an Affiliate Manager, you will:

• Develop and scale the affiliate direction in iGaming.
• Search, attract, and connect new affiliate partners.
• Manage existing partners and build long-term relationships.
• Negotiate and agree on commercial terms (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid).
• Control traffic quality, effectiveness, and ROI.
• Optimize funnels with product and marketing teams.
• Analyze metrics, prepare reports, and recommend growth strategies.
• Ensure brand, compliance, and regulatory requirements are met.
• Identify new growth opportunities and test new traffic sources.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• 2+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager in iGaming.
• Mandatory experience with GEO Tier-1.
• Understanding of affiliate models, traffic sources, and monetization principles.
• Experience in negotiations and working with partner terms.
• English proficiency at C1 level (daily communication with partners).
• Analytical thinking and result-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently in a remote format.
