Product Manager (Web & Mobile)

• Develop the Web Portal and Mobile App as a unified product;
• Identify growth points for key metrics and launch product hypotheses;
• Formulate the roadmap and prioritize tasks;
• Improve retention and user scenarios;
• Collaborate with design and development to create gaming mechanics;
• Analyze experiment results and scale successful solutions.

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager;
• Strong experience in developing B2C products;
• Ability to work with product metrics (Retention, DAU/MAU, LTV, ARPU, etc.);
• Experience conducting A/B tests and making data-driven decisions;
• Understanding of User Journey, gaming mechanics, and user retention.
