Product Manager / iGaming

Responsibilities

• Develop product strategy and roadmap
• Decompose tasks and work with Jira
• Prioritize tasks and form backlog
• Set up and control the funnel from registration to FTD
• Onboard and convert users at registration, KYC, deposits
• Fully set up retention and increase LTV
• Manage bonus economy and RTP
• Create bonus systems and anti-abuse measures
• Work with PSP: business management and payment system setup
• Resolve conflicts between UX, AML, and Risk departments

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in iGaming / betting / crypto / fintech
• Experience in building products from scratch
• Understanding of product development: affiliates, retention, VIP, bonus abuse, and fraud traffic
• Knowledge of Anjouan / Curaçao regulations
• Familiarity with niche terminology
• Ability to work with designers, development team, marketers, and finance professionals
• Skills in integrating payment systems, game providers, crypto processing, anti-fraud, and KYC services
• Proficiency in metrics and analytics
