  • Search and launch product mechanics for growth in deposits, retention, and revenue;

  • Understanding of product metrics: GGR, NGR, Conversion, Retention, LTV, ARPU, ROI;
  • Skills in product analytics and data-driven decision-making;
  • Experience in launching features that impact product financial metrics;
  • Independence, initiative, and accountability for results.
  • Influence the development of one of the largest Rust products;
