ASO Specialist

Responsibilities

• Strategy and Metadata: Develop and maintain ASO strategy for Apple Store or Google Play. Full cycle work with semantics (Keyword Research, clustering, Title, Subtitle, Keywords field).
• Visual ASO & CVR: Create briefs for designers on icons, screenshots, and video previews. Conduct systematic A/B tests (PPO, Apple Store or Google Store Experiments) for continuous improvement of Page → Install.
• GEO Adaptation: Localize store pages for Tier-1 / Tier-2 markets considering cultural specifics and local store requirements.
• Policy & Risk Management: Work within the requirements of Apple or Google (Gambling vertical), promptly adjust metadata after rejections and use safe keywords.
• Analytics: Deep monitoring of positions, competitor analysis, and market trends using professional tools (AppTweak, Asodesk, Sensor Tower, MobileAction).

Requirements

• Experience: Successful cases of promoting mobile applications in competitive niches (iGaming / Gambling is a significant advantage).
• Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of indexing algorithms of Apple Store or Google Play.
• Adaptability: Ability to quickly respond to changes in store policies and find solutions for moderation approval.
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to work with large data sets and turn numbers into effective hypotheses.

Soft Skills: Autonomy, attention to detail, and proactivity in finding new growth points.
