- Search, connect, and develop new partners.
- Manage and scale the current partner base.
- Build long-term relationships with webmasters.
- Analyze traffic effectiveness and optimize metrics.
- Collaborate with other departments (marketing, analytics, finance) to ensure smooth operation of the affiliate program.
- Prepare reports on the effectiveness of affiliate channels.
- Experience in iGaming for at least 1 year.
- Existing partner base.
- Practical experience in Tier 2-3 markets.
- Understanding of traffic economics and data-driven orientation.
- Skills in scaling affiliate programs.
- Proficiency in French or Arabic at least at B1 level.
