- Develop and maintain the affiliate network of webmasters.
- Manage current partners, build long-term relationships, and increase traffic volumes.
- Conduct onboarding for new partners.
- Develop partners through upselling and regular communication.
- Analyze partner effectiveness and collaboratively identify growth points.
- Interact with Media Buying, Sales, and Commercial teams to resolve operational issues.
- Participate in relevant international conferences and develop professional connections as needed.
- At least 1 year of experience as an Affiliate Manager in the iGaming sector.
- Experience from the product/affiliate programs/affiliate networks side.
- Understanding of traffic acquisition and monetization principles.
- Experience with FB/in-app traffic is a must, push/popunder traffic is a plus.
- Experience with Tier 1/2 or Tier 3 is a plus.
- English language — Upper-Intermediate (B2+) / Advanced (C1).
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with partners.
- Proactivity, initiative, and results orientation.
- Stress resilience and desire to develop the affiliate direction.
- Having a personal database of partners is a plus.
- Fully remote work format.

- Working hours: 10:00–19:00 (MSK).
- 3-month probation period.
