• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project scope, timelines, priorities, budgets, and risks
• Develop integrated marketing strategies with a strong focus on SEO, organic growth, digital promo and content marketing
• Drive SEO initiatives, including content planning, website optimization, keyword strategy, and technical improvements
• Lead go-to-market planning for new consumer-facing projects and campaigns
• Improve project management processes and ensure efficient stakeholder collaboration
• Track project performance, analyze KPIs, and continuously optimize delivery

• 5+ years of experience managing complex marketing projects in a senior role
• Fluent English (C1+) and Russian
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects from strategy to execution
• Strong B2C marketing background
• Deep expertise in SEO, including content strategy, technical SEO fundamentals, keyword research, on-page optimization, and organic growth
• Experience building SEO-driven marketing strategies that deliver measurable business results
• Strong project management skills, including stakeholder management, prioritization, budgeting, and risk management
• Experience with Jira or similar project management tools
