Responsibilities
- Legal strategy, corporate governance, interaction with investors and the Board of Directors.
- Licensing (MGA, Curacao, Anjouan, EU, Canada) + regulatory compliance (AML/KYC, GDPR/CCPA).
- Contract work (B2B/B2C, affiliates, payment processors), M&A support, intellectual property, and fraud protection.
- Litigation, international courts, coordination of external law firms.
- Formation and leadership of the legal department, team training.
Requirements
- Mandatory experience in iGaming.
- Practical experience with licenses and regulators in various jurisdictions.
- Experience supporting international corporate structures.
- Experience with banking compliance, KYC/KYB, and Due Diligence procedures.
- Confident skills in preparing and negotiating contracts.
- Proficient in English.
