Own the B2B commercial operating model across Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, Deal Desk, and go-to-market execution.
Drive sales execution discipline across pipeline management, CRM, qualification, lead routing, and regional adherence to global standards.
Own commercial governance for pricing, discounts, commercial terms, approvals, and complex deal structuring.
Increase sales effectiveness through value propositions, sales materials, playbooks, training, and competitive intelligence.
Lead cross-functional go-to-market programs for new market entries and product launches, coordinating Sales, Product, Marketing, and other stakeholders.
Build and lead a high-performing B2B Operations function, continuously improving processes, automation, performance management, and operating standards.

Masters/Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related field.
At least 5 years of experience in B2B Commercial Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a comparable function, including people - leadership experience.
Experience building and scaling commercial processes across multiple markets, regions, or business units.
Strong understanding of enterprise B2B sales cycles, pipeline management, CRM, and sales performance management.
Strong commercial judgment, including experience with pricing, discounting, commercial terms, and complex deals.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives involving Sales, Product, Marketing, and other business functions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to turn ambiguity into clear processes and measurable outcomes.
Fluent English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in technology, SaaS, platform businesses, fintech, or iGaming is a strong advantage.
