Head of Analytics (LatAm)

Responsibilities

• Managing and developing the analytics team;
• Analyzing GEO, traffic, product effectiveness, and key business metrics;
• Identifying growth drivers and scaling opportunities;
• Developing reporting systems and a data-driven culture;
• Working with hypotheses, A/B testing, and forecasting models;
• Automating analytics processes and improving data quality.

Requirements

• Experience in iGaming, Betting, Fintech, or other high-load digital products;
• Strong expertise in product and marketing analytics;
• Proficient in SQL and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar);
• Experience with A/B testing, cohort analysis, and forecasting models;
• Understanding of key metrics in the iGaming business is a plus.
