About the role

In this role, you will oversee the complete lifecycle of company SIM cards, ensuring accurate records and effective communication with mobile service providers. Your responsibilities will also include coordinating tasks within the Corporate IT Department to maintain operational efficiency.

From the employer

• Manage the full lifecycle of company SIM cards, including issuance, replacement, suspension, activation, and return.
• Provide SIM cards and related services to company employees.
• Maintain accurate records of SIM cards, assigned phone numbers, employees, departments, tariffs, and current statuses.
• Communicate with mobile service providers regarding activations, tariff changes, roaming services, technical issues, and billing inquiries.
• Coordinate and assign daily tasks within the Corporate IT Department according to department and priority.
• Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure they are completed within the agreed deadlines.
• Maintain task lists, reports, documentation, and inventory records.
• Cooperate with Corporate IT Support, Administration, Procurement, HR, Finance, and other internal departments.
• Escalate urgent or unresolved issues to the responsible team leader or Head of Corporate IT.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Up to 1 year of experience in administration, coordination, customer support, telecommunications, IT support, or inventory management.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with multiple requests and priorities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy when maintaining records.
• Knowledge of using ArmSoft, MS Office, and Jira.
• Ability to prepare simple reports and keep documentation up to date.
• Responsible, proactive, and service-oriented approach.
• Willingness to learn Corporate IT and EPM processes.
• Knowledge of English and Russian.
