About the role

This Copywriter role is responsible for crafting diverse content for LENKEP Recruitment, an agency specializing in talent acquisition for iGaming, crypto, and other digital sectors. The work involves developing social media posts in both Russian and English, and preparing content for the company founder's personal brand alongside an SMM specialist. A key aspect is creating materials that highlight the company's expertise, including case studies and collaboration content.

The position requires close collaboration with designers, specifically writing text directly into Figma layouts for various marketing assets such as targeted funnels, landing pages, web banners, and creatives. Beyond content creation, the Copywriter will provide cross-team support, contributing to content plans, internal documents, and guides, as well as conducting research for marketing initiatives. This ensures consistent and effective communication across all company touchpoints.

Success in this role means consistently producing high-quality, engaging copy that adapts to the company's tone of voice and effectively communicates its value proposition to a B2B audience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proactive approach, managing large volumes of information while delivering clear and accessible content that supports the company's marketing and branding goals.

• copywriting: The core function of this role is to write various types of content, from social media posts to landing pages and case studies, in both Russian and English.

• Figma: The Copywriter will directly write and integrate text into Figma layouts, working closely with designers on marketing assets.

Responsibilities

• Writing posts for the company's social media in Russian and English;
• Preparing texts for the founder's personal brand in conjunction with the SMM specialist;
• Preparing cases, collaborations, and materials that showcase the company's expertise;
• Writing texts in Figma layouts in collaboration with designers, preparing texts for targeted funnels, landing pages, web banners, and creatives;
• Cross-team support: content plans, internal documents, guides, searching for information for marketing.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a copywriter in B2B/digital, preferably in the iGaming, Crypto, High-risk, Affiliate, IT segments;
• Availability of case studies/examples of your texts and results;
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present information clearly and accessibly;
• Ability to adapt to the company's/brands' tone of voice;
• Experience in writing long reads, research, analytical materials, as well as cases, newsletters, landing pages;
• Proficiency in Figma at a level to work with text in layouts and communicate with designers;
• Proactive approach, initiative, and readiness to work with large volumes of information.
