Creative Designer

Responsibilities

• Create static and GIF designs for Demand Gen and Kayzen: lifestyle, news-style, social proof, education. Continuous testing and rotation are required as creatives have a short lifespan.
• Reskin for new geos: language, currency, flags, local visual codes.
• Work within Google DG / UAC / Unity / Mintegral moderation guidelines: know the limits and maximize output without crossing them.

Requirements

• Proficient in Figma and Photoshop: quick templates, clean layers, fast assembly.
• GIF animation skills: highlights, buttons, accents that catch the eye in feeds.
• Understanding of banner mechanics: hierarchy, gaze movement (hero → trigger → CTA), and why some combinations perform well while others do not.
• Sensitivity to the financial niche: luxury, winning, trust, urgency—packaged to avoid bans.
• Habit of using spy services to bring trends before they appear in briefs.
• Familiarity with AI tools in work, not just theoretical knowledge: Midjourney, Flux, Ideogram, Nano Banana, Photoshop AI for generation and edits; Kling, Runway for quick video.
