Business operation lead

• Ensure the implementation and compliance with corporate processes and standards.
• Monitor process execution, identify deviations, and initiate corrective actions.
• Conduct regular audits of operational activities in departments.
• Control the execution of agreements and interaction between teams.

• Collaborate with leaders to develop and implement KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics.
• Build a system for measuring effectiveness and regular management reporting.
• Analyze indicators, control data quality, identify deviations and causes.
• Ensure compliance with Jira standards: task setting, decomposition, workflow, statuses, and attributes.
• Provide a unified approach to Task Management and implement best practices in Jira.
• Control the quality of corporate documentation in Confluence, the relevance of the knowledge base, and unified formatting standards.
• Assist departments in describing processes, instructions, and regulations, and develop a culture of documentation.

• Experience in Business Operations, Operations Management, Operational Excellence, or a similar role.
• Experience in implementing KPIs, SLAs, operational metrics, and management reporting.
• Understanding of process management and experience in implementing corporate processes.
• Proficient in Jira and Confluence, understanding of Task Management principles.
• Strong analytical and systemic skills, high independence.
