  • Analyze business and technical requirements for new features.
  • Define the testing approach and scope based on product risks and business priorities.
  • Perform manual functional, integration, exploratory, and release testing.
  • Validate releases, including end-to-end scenarios.
  • Design, maintain, and improve test documentation (test cases, test plans, checklists).
  • Investigate issues using API, UI, and debugging tools.
  • Identify, document, and track defects throughout their lifecycle.
  • Analyze defects and collaborate with developers to identify root causes.
  • Participate in release activities and ensure product stability.
  • Contribute to continuous improvements of QA processes, testing practices, and documentation standards.

Technical Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience as a QA Engineer.
  • Strong knowledge of test design techniques.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC and defect management.
  • Experience with functional, integration, regression, smoke, acceptance, and exploratory testing.
  • Experience writing test cases, checklists, and test plans.
  • Experience analyzing business and technical requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with manual API testing (Postman, Swagger or similar).
  • Understanding of event-driven systems (Kafka/message queues) and API contract testing.
  • Experience validating data flows between services.
  • Experience working with SQL to validate transactional data.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, TestRail/Zephyr/Xray.
  • Familiarity with Kibana, Grafana or ELK.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies.
