Art Lead 3D

What You Will Do

• Pipeline (first 2 months):
• Create workflow: Blender → Unreal/Godot
• Define standards (LOD, lighting, shaders, FPS)
• Set up export/import
• Create templates for the team

• Management:
• Hire the team
• Set tasks and control deadlines
• Art review and feedback

• Art Direction:
• Visual style together with Head of Design
• Style guides
• Final approval of all 3D assets
• Consistency between projects

• Hands-on (if necessary):
• Proof-of-concept for new features
• Lighting setup for key scenes
• Technical troubleshooting

What We Expect From You

💻 Hard Skills

• Mandatory:
• 7+ years of experience in 3D production (including 2+ years in a lead role)
• Expert knowledge of modern 3D software (Maya, Blender, 3ds Max or equivalents)
• Advanced knowledge of Unreal Engine or Godot (materials, lighting, optimization)
• Advanced knowledge of Substance Painter
• Experience in pipeline building
• Ability to work hands-on initially and transition to management
• Art direction skills
• Team management experience

• Will be a plus:
• Experience in iGaming, casino, mobile games
• Knowledge of multiple 3D packages
• Unity (for cross-platform understanding)
• Houdini (procedural workflows)
• Mobile optimization
• Stylized 3D (not photorealism)
