Affiliate Manager

Responsibilities:

• Connecting and developing webmasters, arbitrage teams, SEO
• Launching and scaling traffic (RU, UZ, CIS, Tier-1/3, Latam)
• Quality control, anti-fraud, offer optimization
• Analytics: ROI, LTV, CR, EPC
• Working with Keitaro and BI
• Interaction with product, finance, and support teams

Requirements:

• 2-3+ years in affiliate (iGaming/Gambling)
• Own database of webmasters (RU/UZ - priority)
• Experience with CPA/RevShare/Hybrid
• Anti-fraud and traffic quality control
• Russian (native), English (B2+)
• Plus: connections with arbitrage teams, understanding of retention/CRM
