  • Search for and onboard affiliate partners and webmasters in Azerbaijan
  • Grow and scale the affiliate network within the GEO
  • Manage the full affiliate lifecycle: negotiations, onboarding, launches, and relationship management
  • Work with CPA / RevShare / Hybrid partnership models
  • Analyze traffic performance (FTDs, deposits, ROI, retention)
  • Optimize and scale high-performing partners
  • Monitor the local market and competitor activity
  • Fluent Azerbaijani (mandatory)
  • Strong understanding of the Azerbaijan market and audience
  • English at a working level
  • Experience in affiliate marketing, iGaming, or performance marketing is a plus
  • Understanding of CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and KPI management skills
